If you are using a MAC and the Safari browser, you may have difficulty access videos and audio files in Moodle. If you are, here are some steps you can take to correct the issue. (NOTE: The images in the steps guide may appear different than your MacOS but the steps still work.)
1. Clear your Cache and Cookies. Here is the link to the procedure to Clear Cache and Cookies
2. Use Chrome or Firefox.
